OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

The Ram’s Camaro Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Ram’s Paint & Body Shop, LLC, located at 2100 E Broadway Ave, Gladewater, TX 75647 (“Sponsor”).

This Sweepstakes is operated as a promotional sweepstakes in accordance with applicable laws.

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding New York, Florida, and Rhode Island)who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

The Sweepstakes begins on January 26, 2026 at 12:00 AM Central Time and ends on March 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Entries submitted outside of the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

There are two (2) methods of participation. No purchase is required.

A. Merchandise-Based Participation

Participants may receive sweepstakes entries by purchasing eligible merchandise through the Sponsor’s website during the Sweepstakes Period.

Entries may be awarded based on eligible merchandise purchases

Entry details associated with merchandise are disclosed prior to checkout

Canceled, refunded, or disputed transactions are not eligible

Purchasing merchandise does not guarantee winning and does not increase the odds of winning.

B. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without purchase, participants may submit a handwritten mail-in entry including:

Full name, Mailing address, Email address. A short handwritten statement expressing interest in automotive culture or Ram’s projects

Limit one (1) free entry per person. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received by the final deadline.

All entries must be submitted by the participant themselves. Automated, scripted, robotic, or fraudulent entries are prohibited and will be disqualified.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and entry compliance.

One (1) winner will receive the prize as described on the website.

Prize is non-transferable

No cash alternative is available

Prize must be accepted as awarded

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on or about April 4–7, 2026.

The selected winner will be contacted using the information provided at entry. Failure to respond within five (5) days may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

All Sponsor decisions are final and binding.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Information collected from participants will be used solely for the administration of the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, Stripe, PayPal, Wix, or any other third-party platform.
