Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within three (3) to five (5) business days after receipt of payment, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Processing times are estimates and are not guarantees.
We reserve the right to delay shipment due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to supply constraints, carrier delays, system issues, or high order volume. In the event of a material delay, we will attempt to notify the customer using the contact information provided at checkout.
Giveaway, Promotional, and Holiday Periods
During giveaway events, promotional periods, or recognized holidays, order volume may significantly increase. As a result, processing and shipment times may exceed standard estimates. The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by increased order volume during these periods.
Shipping Method and Carrier
All shipments are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) or another carrier selected at our sole discretion unless otherwise stated.
Tracking and Delivery Confirmation
Once an order has been processed and accepted by the carrier, a tracking number will be provided to the email address on file. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier, and the Company makes no representations regarding the accuracy or timeliness of carrier-provided tracking information.
Tracking information may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to reflect updated status after carrier acceptance.
Risk of Loss and Title
Generally speaking, a Shipping Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for processing orders; the shipping costs; different domestic and international shipping solutions; potential service interruptions; and much, much more.
Delivered but Not Received
If carrier tracking confirms delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer, Ram's Giveaway shall not be responsible for replacement, refund, or credit for such orders. Customers must contact the carrier directly to initiate a delivery investigation or claim.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses are considered customer error.
If an order is returned to Ram's Giveaway:

The customer will be notified upon receipt.

Reshipment will occur only after a corrected address is provided.

Additional shipping and handling fees may apply and must be paid prior to reshipment.
Address Corrections
Requests for address changes must be submitted before shipment. Ram's Giveaway does not guarantee address modifications once an order has entered processing or has been transferred to the carrier.
Force Majeure
Ram's Giveaway shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, labor disputes, carrier disruptions, governmental actions, or system failures.
