Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

No Returns or Exchanges

Except as expressly stated in this policy, the Company does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to customer preference, sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or delays caused by shipping carriers.

Defective or Incorrect Items

In the event a customer receives an item that is defective, damaged upon arrival, or materially different from the item ordered, the customer must notify the Company within five (5) calendar days of delivery.

To be eligible for review, the customer must provide:

  • Order confirmation number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence of the defect or incorrect item

The Company reserves sole discretion to determine whether an issue qualifies for resolution. Approved resolutions may include, but are not limited to, replacement of the item or store credit. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Limitation of Remedies

The remedies described in this policy constitute the customer’s exclusive remedy. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
